Returns the mailing attempts for one tax statement, newest first. The response is a JSON array and is not paginated. A statement that exists but has never been mailed returns an empty array.

You must pass exactly one of employee_tax_statement or contractor_tax_statement. A request with neither, or with both, returns a 400 validation error. A filter passed with an empty value counts as not passed.

Requires an API key with the payroll:read scope. Returns 404 when the statement doesn't exist or isn't visible to your API key. The contractor_tax_statement filter returns 404 unless contractor 1099 mailing is enabled for your account.
