Returns a presigned URL for the correction receipt PDF. Requires a successful preview. Each request mints a fresh URL.
The response includes:
download_url— treat as opaque; download the PDF beforeexpires_at.content_type—application/pdf.expires_at— UTC timestamp when the URL expires.
If preview has not succeeded, returns 400 with error type correction_not_previewed. If preview succeeded but no PDF is available, returns 404.
