Generates a list of child support payment deductions for a company within a given date range, including transaction details and trace numbers.

Column	Description
Employee ID	The public ID of the employee with the child support deduction
First Name	Employee's first name
Last Name	Employee's last name
Payroll ID	The public ID of the payroll containing this payment
Payroll Item ID	The public ID of the specific payroll item
Payment Amount	The amount of the child support payment
Expected Completion Date	The expected date the payment transaction will complete
Agency	The child support agency receiving the payment (if specified)
Trace Number	The ACH trace number for tracking the payment (if available)
Status	The current status of the post-tax deduction payment

Only includes payments from approved payrolls (pending, processing, paid, or partially_paid status)
Draft and failed payrolls are excluded
