Reopen a pending payroll

Moves a pending payroll's status to draft, allowing you to make further edits to the payroll or its items.

Note: To pay someone by direct deposit on the payroll's payday, the payroll, whether new or reopened, must be approved by 5 PM PT of the approval deadline. Late payrolls or requests for adjustment after this deadline will require manual escalation with Check.
