While this component is scoped for a single employee, this component should only be completed by an admin at the company, based on tax forms provided to them by the employee.

If you are building an employee-facing UI to allow an employee to update their tax information, you should surface the Withholdings Setup component. This component will generate and store forms that are required in order to change their information compliantly.
