Any required state authorization form that allows Check to file and remit taxes on the employer’s behalf

Coming in 2026: Identity Verification (Liveness Checks)
For select partners, this Component will introduce an identity verification step before employers can sign their filing authorization forms. When enabled, employers will complete a liveness check by validating a government-issued ID against a real-time facial capture.
This verification will appear as a new first step in the experience. No integration changes are required. The Component URL returned by this endpoint will automatically present the appropriate flow for eligible companies. Completion states and webhook behavior remain unchanged.
