Returns a short-lived presigned download URL for the generated report artifact. The report run must be in the completed status and its artifact must not have expired.
The response includes:
download_url— a presigned URL to download the report file.extension— the file extension (for example,zip).content_type— the MIME type of the artifact (for example,application/zip).
