W-2 preview reports enable employers and employees to preview the data which will be filed in employee W-2s at year end. This report is available as a JSON response, a CSV, an individual employee PDF, or, for employers with <=50 employees, as a single PDF packet.
A PDF packet can be generated for companies with 50 or fewer employeesCompanies with 50 or fewer employees can download one file containing all of their employees' PDF previews.
You can query for a list of employees paid in the year by making a request for a JSON response from the W-2 preview endpoint.
