# List employee forms

Returns a list of employee forms for the specified employee.

**Note: **Employee withholdings are normally configured when employees go through [Check Onboard](https://docs.checkhq.com/docs/check-onboard). You should only use the Employee Forms API if you're building a custom integration for employee onboarding.
